Health: Spayed, Vaccinations Current

Gracie is looking for a forever home! She is 6yrs old Fawn Doberman, and I have to say she has the biggest eyes I have seen in a Doberman. She is very sweet and loves to snuggle once she gets to know you. She loves to snuggle under the covers at night. She can be a talker when she wants something. She does get along with other dogs with proper introduction. She does not play well with cats. Our adoption process consists of application, with references and home visit and a meet and greet. All animals adopted are spayed/neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm negative, and tested and treated for intestinal parasites, as necessary. ...     Ximena is a another dog from the streets of Tijuana. She is a bit over three months, best guess, and may have some Doberman in her but will likely be on the smaller side (40-50 lbs.) She is a snuggler supreme and loves playing with other dogs, though does get a little overwhelmed with super rambunctious big playmates. She is WONDERFUL with children and adults alike and totally passed her cat test at her visit with our vet when she arrived.     [Read About Natural Incontinence Care] Cher is a beautiful senior red and tan Doberman with natural ears and a docked tail. She is a special needs Doberman in that she has joint discomfort managed with NSAID's and Phenylpropanolamine (PPA) medication for mild urinary incontinence. Doberman Pinscher Mix    Age: Puppy

Compatibility: Good w/ Most Dogs, Not Good w/ Cats, Good w/ Adults (Not Kids)
Personality: High Energy, Somewhat Dominant
Health: Neutered, Vaccinations Current

Meet Caiden! He found himself in a VERY scary shelter in Southeastern New Mexico where dogs are not given very long at all before they're put down. MANY people have played a part in getting this boy out and safe. THANK YOU to them all! We believe Caiden is Doberman/Bull Terrier blend...He is stocky, SMART and super athletic. He is roughly nine months old and is dog friendly, good with bigger kids (he is like a bull in a china cabinet- no idea he could bowl them over!) and is SUPER affectionate! From his Foster, after less than 24 hours; ...Caiden had, what I am guessing, was his first bath ever today. He's all pretty and clean. He's also ... (Read More)doing well with his training. Come, sit, down, kennel. He's going to make someone a great companion. We are hoping someone who is VERY active or who wants an agility partner will notice this boy and help him reach his full potential! Caiden does have a stubborn streak (he is showing his bull terrier side!), so someone willing to work with him and not let him bowl you over, both physically and personality wise is who we are seeking for him. Our adoption process consists of application, with references and home visit and a meet and greet.     Cash is a very handsome senior red and tan Doberman with cropped ears and a docked tail. We believe he is somewhere around 8-10 years young. This gentle soul was rescued by some dedicated people who alerted us. Cash is a large fellow weighing 84 pounds and has a low energy activity level. Health: Neutered, Vaccinations Current, Arthritis

Everybody meet Cougar. If only he could talk, he would probably tell you a very sad story. Cougar is a 10yr old altered 75lb male that found himself at a shelter after his owner died. He had spent his entire life living outside before coming into the rescue. The Vet thinks he may have had more than one trauma in his lifetime. He has an old injured right back leg. He will walk on it and even jogs on it, but for the most part keeps it off the ground when he is not in movement. It has a lot of scars on it. The Vet also thinks he has had some trauma to his head as well. One of his eyes is sunken in a bit and has a "v" shape to his ... (Read More)skull. It just adds to his character and sweetness. Even after all that has happened to him, he is the biggest love bug. He will just follow you around or sit/lay at your feet. He doesn't like you out of his sight and definitely a ladies man. He is crate trained and potty trained. He is good with kids, but would prefer older less rambunctious ones! He has been okay with other dogs after very slow introductions, but would do best in an only dog home. Absolutely no cats. Ironically, Cougar's mission in life is to rid the world of cats! This sweet boy needs a home and a couch to retire on preferable with very few stairs. Our adoption process consists of application, with references and home visit and a meet and greet. American Staffordshire Terrier Mix    Age: Puppy

Compatibility: Good with Most Dogs, Good with Kids and Adults
Personality: Average Energy, Average Temperament
Health: Spayed, Vaccinations Current

Update!! Harry and Sally have been with us the longest, since January 2015. We are looking for either a foster or adoptive home for these two. Here's a bit about them: Harry and Sally - bonded brother and sister. This dynamic duo really need a forever home, but in the mean time we would like to get them to Colorado, so we are asking for a committed foster for them. They must stay together in any situation(stay tuned for the reason). These two were pulled by a rescue only to be given up on when they found out they were sick. You see, they were never vaccinated and contracted distemper at three months of age. They were fighting for their lives ... (Read More)and their current rescuer extraordinaire fought right along side them. They are alive today because of their will and tenacious spirits. Harry has slight, hardly noticeable, ataxia, but it doesn't slow him one bit. Sally has no after affects, but she is special, she is Harry's guardian. She helps Harry through life, with changes, confidence, and love. This is why they must stay together. These two are less than 2, current on vaccinations, and altered. Foster home can range from Southern Colorado and up the Front Range, excluding areas with BSL for these two. Please help us find a forever home for these two deserving pups! Our adoption process consists of application, with references and home visit and a meet and greet. All animals adopted are spayed/neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm negative, and tested and treated for intestinal parasites, as necessary.
